Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
1. Where does my order come from?
All prints are dispatched from Ireland. Orders are processed three times a week. When your order ships you will will receive an email notification.
2. How will my product(s) be packed?
All prints are wrapped in crepe paper and delivered in a durable sealed cardboard postal tube. A label with your address and the senders address will be attached to the tube.
3. Who is my shipping partner?
I use An Post as my shipping partner.
Due to Covid19 there are some delays and restrictions to destinations.

4. Can my order be tracked.
Yes. If you wish to track your order this can be provided as an additional expense. Please select 'Standard + Tracking' at checkout. You will receive your tracking number(s) by email once your order has been shipped.

5. What if my item arrives damaged?
It doesn't happen often, but if an item does arrive damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org with some info about what happened and photos if you can.
6. International orders and customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The buyer is the importer and must comply with all rules and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs are the responsibility of the customer, we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our control. You will be notified by customs should your order require clearance. We mark all items as 'gifts' to avoid such delays and charges.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, the package will be returned to Joe Caslin at the cost of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an artwork from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your artwork must be in the original packaging. Your artwork needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
