Galway

In July 2014, ‘Our Nation’s Sons’ was invited to install a portrait drawing to launch the 26th Galway Film Fleadh. Comerford House also known as the old City Museum was chosen. It stands to the left of the infamous Spanish Arch on the banks of the city’s Corrib River and is a pivotal landmark to navigate the city. A small number of young men, local to the city, were enlisted and over the course of a week two striking drawn portraits were installed.
